**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals to become safe and responsible drivers.

**Duties**:

- Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels
- Provide behind-the-wheel instruction
- Communicate effectively with students to impart driving skills and knowledge
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Evaluate students' driving abilities and progress, filling out student evaluations
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations during lessons
- Booking Lessons and Road Tests
- Consulting with students (and parents) as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Driving Instructor or in a similar role is preferred
- Having a vehicle you are willing to use for the job is also preferred (you will be paid mileage, and other costs covered)
- Ability to educate, tutor, and effectively communicate with students
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience with students

We are looking for someone who lives in the Nanaimo area, and is wanting to help us expand our ability to serve clients in that city.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
