Customer Success Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Provide guidance on product usage and best practices to maximize client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or financial services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Passion for customer service and a drive to deliver exceptional results
Pay: $33.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
