About the Role

From the start, you'll be actively involved in product roadmap planning, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and witness firsthand how a SaaS platform scales rapidly. As a valued member of our team, you'll collaborate with the Client Operations team to assist GetQuorum with fulfillments by collecting and processing customer data. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, dealing with client concerns and questions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the year. Your commitment to handling campaigns effectively with a high degree of customer service will play a crucial role in our continued success.

Skills, attributes, and responsibilities.
- Use GetQuorum’s proprietary software by utilizing its features to navigate and manage campaigns effectively.
- Understand and follow processes to successfully execute various standard campaigns for assigned markets, ensuring consistency and adherence to campaign management procedures.
- Maintain professional etiquette and responsive communication with our clients.
- Use Microsoft Excel to model client data into required format for import into GetQuorum’s platform
- Use Jira to submit requests for technical improvements that enhance efficiency, contributing to the optimization of workflow processes.
- Identify and propose process changes that benefit the team, contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency in campaign management.
- Actively participate in group discussions, contributing ideas and insights to foster a collaborative and engaging team environment.

Must Haves
- Previous work experience in a client-facing, help desk or customer support role, at least 2 years of experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
- Expertise in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, startup environment
- College, university, or other post-secondary education in Business, IT or other related fields.

Nice to have skills
- Expertise in the usage of HTML
- Experience with Issues tracking and ticketing software
- Familiarity with the Notion platform
- Experience in software help desk or support desk environments
- Knowledge of Ontario Condo Act, Real Estate or Legal experience
