LiveWorkPlay is a grassroots charitable organization helping the community welcome people with intellectual disabilities, autistic individuals, and people with dual diagnosis to live, work, and play as valued citizens. We are a staff of 30 and have over 150 volunteers. We value autonomy, flexibility, collaboration and team work and continuous improvement and learning,
**Position Summary
As tasks change or issues arise, the Inclusion Specialist will work with the employer and provide support, coaching and consultation to help resolve issues and barriers. Our process aims to ensure that a continuous on-site presence from LiveWorkPlay is not expected or necessary for success.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITES**
- Uphold the vision, mission and values of LiveWorkPlay
- Complete workplace assessments with new employers
- Complete job matching templates and share with team in advance of matching meetings
- Work with job seekers and Discovery Specialist to prepare job seekers for meet and greet, interview and or support for any orientation, training, security access that is required to complete before job begins.
- Work with job seekers, Discovery Specialist and employer to develop customized training plan and accommodation plan before employee begins.
- Teach and support employers to implement and support the training and accommodation plan before the employee begins.
- Provide support via phone, video, or as a last resort on-site job coaching in the early stages of employment to set up the employer to provide support and supervision.
- Provide on-and-off-site ongoing check-ins to maintain employment
- Provide support to employers to maintain a successful employment relationship
- Facilitate Inclusion Workshops
- Participate and contribute to LiveWorkPlay weekly team meetings
- Participate in professional development opportunities (ongoing)
- Support LiveWorkPlay events including community gatherings and fundraisers
- Complete administrative documentation in timely fashion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $66,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
