**Who we’re looking for**:
**Contract Management Support Specialist (Bilingual English/French)**

As Contract Management Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for playing an integral part in supporting the Contract Management team with a range of responsibilities including the coordination and administration of contractual relationships with Service Providers to ensure positive performance and compliance with contract requirements. You bring exceptional technical skills and business knowledge and work effectively with the organization’s internal and external stakeholders in English and French.

As a member of our strong and caring team, you work with your head—and your heart—to ensure staff have the knowledge, tools, and systems to do their jobs effectively.

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as the internal contact and maintain key stakeholder relationships inside and outside of WCG
- Provide services in a manner that is welcoming, safe, and professional and ensures that client privacy is protected
- Work to continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximize program efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced client outcomes
- Provide contract expertise to internal stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze reports and highlight feedback and insights as needed

**What you bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience in office management or administration
- Previous experience in a service-related industry; experience in Employment Services an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and French
- Excellent customer service, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem solving, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
- Above average administrative and organizational skills
- Strong digital literacy including social media and advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel
- Able to maintain composure during difficult and high-pressure situations
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct; must submit for a criminal record check and security clearance
- Flexibility: able to work in different locations and travel as required
