***Who we’re looking for**:
**Bilingual Quality and Support Specialist**

Like WCG, you believe in the power of work to transform lives. As Quality Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the quality of improvement and risk management framework, audit file documentation and the funding/financial supports to safeguard the assets of the Employment Ontario program and participate in reviewing and reporting on data integrity. You will work closely with the Quality and Support Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous quality improvement to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of service of our clients.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Improvement and Risk Management Framework consistent with provincial requirements
- Communicate contractual requirements and changes and coordinate training and education, as necessary
- Participate in the audit process and contribute to the development of the audit schedule for Service Provider evaluation
- Summarize audit results and recommend operational changes or areas for improvement
- Participate in On-Site Monitoring Visits with Service Providers
- Track and manage complaint resolutions for reporting purposes
- Collect and analyze service delivery satisfaction data and provide feedback and insights for improving Employment Service delivery
- Identify issues impacting contractual compliance and support the development of solutions
- Support with PBF outcome and financial support claims reconciliations and approvals in our Ministry system according to schedule
- Work to continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced client outcomes
- Manage and respond to service provider requests and inquiries related to quality improvement activities
- Participate in corrective action discussions and reinforce contract compliance requirements
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Service Provider Network
- Assess contractual compliance by executing ad-hoc reviews of employment-related financial supports and performance-based funding by both WCG and partner organizations
- Communicate findings by preparing and presenting reports and identifying issues through the analysis of large data sets
- Examine and analyze financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy and completion

**What you bring**:

- Bilingual (English and French) required
- A post-secondary degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role working in a service-oriented organization
- Experience with or working in the Employment Services sector is highly desirable
- Strong digital literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proven ability to review and analyze large data sets
- Excellent financial and mathematical skills
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to review contract language and interpret requirements
- Experience with monitoring quality improvement frameworks and using key quality improvement tools
- Ability to implement change through training of key stakeholders
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct; must submit for a criminal record check
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
