**Specifically, You Will**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Works with their sales leader/account managers to develop market/customer account plans to penetrate their book of business
- Conducts joint sales calls with Inside/Outside Account Managers (IAM) to assist them in closing the sale
- Develops customer pricing/bid strategy when needed for larger opportunities or one-time buys
- Outbound calling to existing customer base to drive facilities opportunities when necessary
- Achieve Jan/San - Break Room - Safety revenue and gross margin targets for defined segments
- Assists in directing leads to other Staples channels based on customer size and program needs
- Achieve retention and penetration of Jan/San - Break Room - Safety targets in existing OP accounts and new Facility accounts
- Works in Professional/Denis/Supreme and Preferred systems to effectively assist reps and customers

**Coaching**
- Conduct regular trainings with the AMs including but not limited to:

- New product trainings in collaboration with vendors and FS National trainer
- New marketing campaigns
- Facility and break room procedures
- Provide feedback to IAM’s on they can better position facilities and break room product with their customers
- Provide phone support to field sales team

**Planning**
- Actively work on Facility and Break Room customer opportunities
- Conduct analysis to find Facility and Break Room customer opportunities.
- Share findings with Account teams and consult on strategic approach for customer engagement

**Administration**
- Actively supports multiple Staples channels and directs inquiries across channels in the Facility solutions line of business
- Attend and participate with Facilities Solutions Team
- Attend Facility Solutions staff meetings to learn new product information, marketing information and procedures that would then be shared with the Account team
- Attend/participate in Team Meetings to share best practices and educate teams on Staples Facilities offering.
- Be an active participant to share the unique needs of the team and what should be changed to support the book of business.

**Some of what you need**:

- 2-4 Years of Facility and Break Room sales experience and solid product knowledge
- College or Bachelor’s diploma strongly preferred
- Awareness of the transportation of dangerous goods
- Strong understanding of systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Excel, Power Point
- Resourcefulness that demonstrates independent working capabilities
- Intermediate knowledge of Jan/San, Break Room and/or Safety products also required
- Training and/or demonstration experience both internal and end-user strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell as part of a team
- Professional, effective communication style by phone
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting agreed-upon deadlines
- Proven ability to manage full cycle of Facilities and Break Room selling process, from initial evaluation of needs, through identifying appropriate products/vendors, working with bid/quote team for pricing, working with implementation team for installations, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction with product and service
- Needs to have a good working knowledge of WHMIS and the ability to train others
