**About the Role**:
As the Chief of Staff at ACTO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO in driving the company's vision forward. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from managing the CEO's schedule and inbox with the utmost professionalism to transforming his concepts into compelling visual presentations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive and strategic mindset.

**Location**: Toronto, GTA, Ontario (Hybrid)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Graphic Designing and Visual Presentations: Utilize your graphic designing experience in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, GoogleSuite, Canva, etc., to help digitize the CEO’s sketched concepts into visually engaging content for presentations for stakeholders, briefs, and memos while ensuring clear communication of key messages and ideas.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to manage the CEO's social media presence, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and messaging.
- Calendar Management and Travel: Demonstrate strong calendar management skills, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. You will also be required to travel to the US and UK about 25% of the time in conjunction with traveling to the GTA about three times a week.
- Implement Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS): Learn about the EOS framework, get certified, and implement it across the company to drive organizational efficiency and alignment. Conduct workshops.
- Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Modeling: Handle basic accounting tasks, manipulate financial models, and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Project Management and Market Research: Use your project management skills to support various initiatives within the company, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, including preparing due diligence reports as needed.
**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Must have graphic Designing Experience - working knowledge in graphic design tools such as Adobe, video editing software, Canva, Microsoft and GoogleSuite and other relevant tools.
- Must have calendar management skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing the CEO's schedule and appointments.
- Must have social media management skills: Ability to collaborate with the Marketing team to manage CEO's social media presence, maintaining alignment with company branding and messaging.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Basic experience with accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including financial modeling.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Ability to work independently and have excellent work ethics
- Willingness to travel about 25% of the time within Canada, USA, UK, and regular travel to the GTA about three times a week.
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is desirable but not required.
- Corporate development or business development experience is a significant asset.
