To facilitate our client’s success, TGT is looking for a self-motivated, business-minded, growth-oriented professional to join our team as a Chief of Staff to our CTO.

**About you**

You are a technology junkie interested in all aspects of information technology and reflect the interest in your reading and personal development activities. In addition, you want to understand how technology can make impactful changes in the various public sector and commercial industry verticals.

You are detail-oriented and are comfortable working on multiple projects in a day. In addition, you have developed strong written and verbal communication skills that can support the development of C-Suite and boardroom-level presentations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintain a strategic backlog of technology topics for leadership team review
- Increase the productivity of meetings by owning the planning, agenda, notes, and required action items discussed in the meetings
- Track the successful execution of action items agreed upon during meetings with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Conduct research and summarize findings to inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate consistent communication across all parties that the CTO engages with in a way that demonstrates a deep understanding of message content and impact on the intended audience
- Support change by ensuring best practices and improvements through the product lifecycle
- Maintain status of objectives and key results (OKRs), critical metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor team performance indicators to help drive accountability and priorities
- Coordinate initiatives between the various teams that the CTO supports
- Collaborate on content development and preparation for key forums

**We’re excited about you because you have**:

- Experience as a software developer or architect with a BS/BA or equivalent
- Product management, project management, or similar experience in the tech industry
- Familiarity with technical product development teams and processes across software, product, user experience, cloud computing, or data science
- Demonstrated capability in verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding skills with presentation software such as PowerPoint and Visio or equivalent
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong executive presentation development and delivery skills
- Trustworthy with high integrity and the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality

**Employment Type**: Contract

**Location**: Remote

**Core Working Hours**: 9 am to 5 pm EST
