**Salary**: $34 - $37 per hour depending on the experience

**About the Role**:
As a leader in our organization, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee, supervise, and manage our employment programs and the dedicated team that supports them. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we meet our contractual agreements while staying true to our Mission Statement and Core Values.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Program Development:
Designing and maintaining effective, inclusive programs.
Supporting the overall strategic direction of the programs and organization.
Collaborating with other employees’ members, especially regarding potential referrals.
Identifying and developing related program opportunities available to individuals in the community.
Ensuring the completion of funder's guidelines, including agreed-upon goals, success measurement steps, and timelines.
2. Outcomes Specialist Functions
Collaborate with the employment team to devise strategies aimed at enhancing program outcomes.
Participate in meetings and workshops to review program performance and identify improvements.
Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, including participant demographics, employment rates, and retention statistics.
Develop and manage databases to track program metrics and ensure compliance with funder guidelines.
Complete corrective action plans to achieve desired outcomes efficiently.
3. Program Management
Ensuring contract deliverables are meet as per the contract requirement.
Reporting monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual program reporting.
Ensuring the program and documentation is CARF compliant.
4. Community Engagement:
Maintaining effective working relationships with related community services, government stakeholders, and agencies.
