We're seeking a motivated **Customer Service Representative in a Part-time Seasonal position** to join our team during our busy peak season from **October 1st to December 15th (and possibly extending to December 20th)**.

**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm (Part time, Approx. 30 hours per week)

**Duration**: October 1st, 2024 to December 15, 2024 (and possibly extending to December 20th)

**Work Location**: Hybrid with 2-3 days based at Unit 161- 3239 No 6 Road, Richmond, BC, V6V1P6

**Responsibilities**:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will represent the BSL brand by:

- Process quotes, orders, payments, returns, warranties, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Strive to provide the highest level of support, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

**Skills and Competencies**:

- At least one year of experience in virtual customer service
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and technology, and learning new software
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- In possession of strong writing skills and has good command of the English language
- Experience with Communication & CRM platforms (an asset, but not required)
- Experience in e-commerce (an asset, but not required)

**Salary**: $26 per hour

**Expected Start Date**: October 01, 2024

**Expected End Date**: December 15, 2024 (and possibly extending to December 20th)
