We’re on the lookout for a **Customer Support Specialist** to work in our Correspondence Team on a full-time/part-time basis. Our Customer Care Centre operates from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a call centre environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A passion in providing exceptional customer experiences
