Admin Assistant/bookkeeper

Nixon Hospitality is looking for a part time Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper with the opportunity to grow into a full time position.
Interested applicants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and a basic understanding of bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Filing and general office duties
- Assist Controller and other employees in the department with reporting, payroll, distribution management
- Banking + cash security
- Data Entry
- Cash reconciliation
- Daily use of Sage Accounting software

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
