Travaillant directement avec la directrice des opérations, les principales responsabilités seront d’assister à la maintenance des propriétés dans le portfolio de Tremblant Living.

**Tâches principales**:

- Effectuer des petits travaux de maintenance, de réparations et de rénovations,
- Entretient BBQ, foyers
- Déplacer et transporter des articles divers (lit, chaises, tables,)
- Pelletage des balcons
- Entretien saisonnier et préventif intérieur et extérieur des propriétés
- Assister et/ou superviser les fournisseurs externes dans leurs interventions
- Faire les achats et commandes de matériels
- Communication pour entretien et réparation
- Assurer un service courtois et professionnel à nos clients
- Assurer le soutien à nos équipes lors de période achalandées
- Autres tâches annexes

**Compétences requises**:

- Une bonne expérience dans un poste similaire
- Une habilité dans des travaux de maintenance et de rénovations
- Des bonnes connaissances générales en menuiserie, peinture, plomberie et électricité
- Connaissance système ventilation et chauffage
- Endurance physique
- Une bonne capacité à trouver rapidement des solutions et à gérer les priorités
- De la rigueur, du professionnalisme et de la ponctualité
- Le souci du détail
- Permis de conduire valide
- La maitrise du français et de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- Basé à Mont-Tremblant ou à proximité.

Working directly with the Operations manager, the main responsibilities will be to assist with the maintenance of Tremblant Living’s home portfolio.

**Main tasks**:

- Carry out small maintenance, repairs, and renovations,
- BBQ and fireplace maintenance,
- Move and transport various items (bed, chairs, tables, etc.),
- Shoveling snow from balconies,
- Seasonal and preventive interior and exterior maintenance,
- Assist and supervise external suppliers,
- Make purchases and order materials,
- Maintenance and repair communication,
- Ensure courteous and professional service to our customers,
- Provide support to our teams during busy periods,
- Other additional tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- Skills in maintenance and renovation projects,
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electricity,
- Knowledge of JVAC systems,
- Basic computer skills,
- Physical endurance,
- Good ability to quickly find solutions and manage priorities,
- Rigor, professionalism, and punctuality,
- Detail oriented,
- Valid driver’s licence,
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English,
- Based in Mont-Tremblant or proximity.

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
