Ap & Ar Specialist

Verify, code, and match invoices & enter into accounting system
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks and reconciliation of payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Maintenance of all vendor files in ERP system & filing cabinet
- Review vendor statements and seek resolution on any outstanding items
- Establish and maintain good relations with suppliers and internal clients
- Collection of Receivables for Service Department
- Daily Cash receipts preparation and processing for multiple entities
- Weekly AR & Sales Reporting
- Assisting in month-end customer statement processing
- Assisting at YE audits as well as Quarterly Bank audits for the leasing business
- Weekly filing and maintenance of individual leases in the archive room
- Managing the postage machine and all outgoing mail

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

- Mont-royal, QC H4P 1P7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
