Building Maintenance Worker

**An overview of your future role at BBA**
- Inspect the premises and check equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met and that all systems function properly.
- Quickly make appropriate corrections to quality issues.
- Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Carry out minor repairs and, if necessary, call in subcontractors, then supervise their work.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as painting, plumbing and woodwork, and ensure work execution schedules are respected.
- Write and update maintenance reports.
- Ensure corporate vehicles are maintained.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- Diploma of college studies (DCS) or vocational studies (DVS) in Building Mechanics or any other appropriate discipline
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimal knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Available to travel to and from our offices in the Greater Montréal area
- Strong report writing skills
- Asset: Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Asset: Experience in maintenance work or building mechanics
- Asset: Experience with geothermal and HVAC system (ex: Metasys)
