We are currently seeking an experienced **Chef de Partie** to join our kitchen team.

**Position Overview**:
As Chef de Partie at Bar Notte, you will play a key role in our culinary operations, working alongside our Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality dishes that meet our high standards of excellence. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all ingredients and dishes are prepared according to our recipes and quality expectations. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and hands-on cooking skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service and communication
- Manage and train junior staff, including apprentices and commis chefs
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are of high quality, consistently meeting Bar Notte’s standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering to ensure mínimal wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu development by offering input on new dishes and seasonal specials
- Maintain a high level of efficiency during busy periods without compromising on quality
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations, keeping a clean and safe workspace

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Food Safety Certification required

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
