About you and this role:
Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Document Management System (ODMS) and Digital Manufacturing Application (DMA) Focal Point for the FS-2 Ethylene Production located in Fort Saskatchewan (AB, CAN).

FS-2 is a new facility that will be constructed and started up as part of the Path2Zero Fort Saskatchewan (P2Z) program. The FS-2 facility will eventually reach 2,500 kta capacity and be Dow’s largest single train Ethylene facility. The plant will also be Dow’s first Carbon neutral Ethylene facility.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain overall ODMS efforts for the business in the department.- Coordinates and works with other ODMS support and implementation roles to "implement" and "maintain" the ODMS.-
- Supports all element owners in the department.- Drives the Plan DO Check Act cycle of continuous improvement.- Works with Business/Department Leadership to identify organization level opportunities.- Coordinates and facilitates the Management System Reviews.-
Experience:
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma). In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma is required.- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or other related field is required.- A minimum requirement for this Canada based position is the ability to work legally in Canada. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
