Oversees the quality and timeliness of Freedom Mobile's product launches, pricing and promotion launches, device launches, roaming destination launches, IT/Network systems launches, and IT Releases
- Manages the Business Analysis team that is responsible for elicitation of business requirements for cross functional business led IT projects
- Oversees end to end user acceptance testing process
- Oversees the system definition, development and implementation of Freedom Mobile's Pricing, Promotion, product launches and their subsequent iterations;
- Addresses business challenges by developing innovative solutions
- Oversees the UAT and QA planning and execution
- Negotiates complex solutions between senior business and IT leadership
- Vendor management
- Direct, Mentor & supports team members to achieve world class performance

- Builds and manages a high performing team
- Expertise in managing outsourced vendors
