What you'll be doing
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role._ _You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._

How you'll succeed
- Testing expertise - Lead the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases. Design and manage end-to-end UAT testing activities for various projects across the business. Use your expertise in software development testing to provide clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements.
- Collaboration - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Coach and mentor, your teams as you work toward a common goal. Negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
- Project Coordination - Proactively identify risks to the Testing E2E / UAT schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they are completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a UAT/E2E Test Strategy / plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk.

Who you are
- You can demonstrate at least 3 years of working experience within the Capital Markets supporting Regulatory Reporting, Trades analysis/reporting. You have managed cross-portfolio projects in a matrix environment. You have experience with waterfall and agile methodologies and knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You have at least 4 years of Manual Testing experience, along with issue management tools like JIRA/Confluence and hands on experience with Azure DevOps.
- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
