Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise UAT Manager to lead our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical solutions meet business requirements and reduce risk through thorough testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UAT strategies for complex projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive UAT plans, leveraging industry best practices and Enterprise UAT Operating Guideline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes and project requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to assigned business groups.
Salary Range

$68,000 - $126,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Qualifications:
  • Typically 5-7 years of experience in banking with payment and ACH testing experience in processing files, reconciliation of settlements, repair exceptions, prepare returns, NOC, and balance files for reconciliation.
  • Proficient in ISO 20022 and API Testing (REST API, POSTMAN, SOAP UI).
  • Developed and maintained automated test scripts.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
