Above All Trucking Inc., is an emerging Transportation company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are growing and looking to hire a full-time dispatch clerk to join our dynamic management team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day.

Following are the job responsibilities:
1. Most important responsibility is finding loads/Freight using load boards and direct experience as a lead dispatch or experience in booking loads throughout US/Canada.

2. Ability to negotiate and decision making in a highly competitive & fast paced work environment.

3. Looking for profit generating shipments, making connections with Freight brokers to generate leads for future shipments.

4. Excellent geographical knowledge and ability to understand routes and lanes.

5. Effective communication skills and demonstrated past experience in similar role.

6. Creativity and ability to perform independently with minimum supervision.

7. Planning and scheduling drivers.

We are willing to train qualified individuals, however, require full dedication and passion to perform and desire to learn something new every day.

**Salary**: $15.82-$22.00 per hour
