Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy

**Salary**: $90,000 - $110,000, based on proven experience and skill level.

This pivotal role will drive the vision and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate our luxury real estate brands on a global scale. You’ll work closely with our President and CEO, crafting compelling narratives and leading strategic brand initiatives that inspire both our internal teams and external stakeholders. As a key figure in the organization, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our global marketing and branding efforts, ensuring that **HomeLife’s Five Star Luxury** brand continues to set the standard for excellence in the industry.
**What you’ll do**:
- ** Brand Leadership**: Develop and lead the overarching brand and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s core values and business objectives. Create and maintain a brand playbook that defines and drives global brand recognition, delivering luxury experiences across all touchpoints.
- ** Strategic Direction**: Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic marketing goals and lead high-profile strategic projects, recommending and executing ways to move the business forward. Oversee key marketing initiatives to enhance our luxury brand, both globally and locally for our franchise members.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams across marketing, communications, technology, and operations to drive strategic initiatives and achieve brand growth. Ensure that strategic insights are actionable and that marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- ** Narrative Development & Storytelling**: Develop compelling narratives for video, print, and digital channels that resonate with our members and their customers, creating lasting engagement. Present these narratives with conviction to large audiences and senior stakeholders, adapting the message for various platforms, from C-suite meetings to social media.
- ** Innovation & Technology Integration**: Lead the adoption of new technologies and digital platforms to amplify brand presence. Leverage AI and other innovative tools to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and accelerate brand growth.
- ** Research & Insights**: Lead strategic research and insights efforts to guide decision-making, understand market dynamics, and refine marketing strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement adjustments based on market trends and consumer behaviour.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with senior leaders, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals, project timelines, and key results.
**What we’re looking for**:
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership marketing or brand strategy role, ideally with experience in consumer goods, services, retail, or real estate. You have a proven track record in driving high-level strategic marketing initiatives that lead to brand growth and market differentiation.
- ** Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- ** Expertise in Strategy**: You have deep experience in corporate and brand strategy, with the ability to manage complex projects, influence senior stakeholders, and solve problems with creative solutions. Your experience includes leading strategic planning, conducting research, and building business cases for new initiatives.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have experience presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and managing high-level communications with diverse stakeholders.
- ** Leadership & Collaboration**: You are a natural leader who thrives in collaborative, matrixed environments. You’re skilled at managing cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
