**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and client behavior to develop strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Hubspot or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and drive success.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities, with a track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2J 5B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
