Triple Eight Transport Inc. is currently looking to add **Administration Manager leading the AR, AP, Billing & Invoicing, Employee Payroll, and Owner Operator Payroll team**.

This position will be responsible for **leading the current team and meeting all applicable KPI’s for the AR, AP, Billing, Invoicing and Payroll responsibilities and timelines**. The **Administration** **Manager** is responsible for managing a team environment to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Oversee, audit and manage general administrative functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger and taxes
- Consistent, fair, and firm leadership.
- Coach, train and mentor staff to meet departmental KPI’s.
- Examine and analyze journal ledger entries, bank statements, expenditures, GST and PST filings and other accounting and financial records
- Maintain and monitor staff holiday and track in spreadsheet
- Update, manage, analyze and track Administrative reports and records
- Collect and provide information for audit inquiries and give assistance to accountants
- Responsible to lead all administrative financial and payroll functions

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Must be able to lead a team and manage behavior change.
- Minimum 2-year **leadership** experience in **administration and/or** Accounting field.
- Knowledge of Great Plains an asset
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and good eye for detail
- Self-motivated, multitasking, organizing and prioritizing
- Strong verbal, written communication and strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
