Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to senior staff and managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supervising junior staff, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of all office systems
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an administrative professional
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
