Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to senior staff and managing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supervising junior staff, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of all office systems
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an administrative professional
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
