Administrative Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to streamline business operations.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
