We are searching for a Business Manager to join our Parkland Saint John team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity
- Provides leadership and direction to the Workforce and Reception team;
- Responsible for the Management of all Financial Components of the Resident Life Cycle;
- Ensures accuracy of resident information, documentation and movement is accurately reflected on Senior Living Platforms;
- Responsible for oversight of revenue, expenses, and labour budgets;
- Ensures proper finance processes are adhered to;
- Ensures residents, co-workers, and families’ safety is maintained

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or other related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping setting;
- Minimum 2 years experience in scheduling and payroll;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in people leadership within the customer service industry;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service setting
