Our suite of SaaS-based solutions, including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the Integrated Listening System (ILS), helps healthcare professionals support clients with conditions such as trauma, anxiety, autism, ADHD, and chronic pain.
The Mental Health Account Executive will be responsible for growing our Enterprise business segment and driving adoption within residential treatment centers, large clinics, family services organizations, and health systems. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of building deep client relationships, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our dedicated team focused on the Enterprise segment, you will work closely with clinical leaders and decision-makers to uncover unique needs and pain points, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a robust pipeline from lead to sales conversion, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Influence prospects through clinical evidence and data on how our solutions can benefit them, driving clinical outcomes and business growth.
- Manage all stages of the Enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Cultivate and nurture new relationships with clinical leaders and decision-makers, including senior executives of prospect organizations.
- Sales Expertise & Negotiation: The Mental Health Account Executive should have a strong track record of closing deals and consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Understand the features and functions of our offerings, and apply this knowledge in the context of user experience, business, and the broader industry.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering persuasive, tailored presentations to clinical decision-makers.
- Problem-Solving, Proactivity & Adaptability: A successful Account Executive should have a proactive approach to identifying customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Quickly establish trust and rapport with prospects by tailoring your approach to different personalities and communication styles.
- Revenue & Sales Quota Achievement: Achievement of individual sales quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Pipeline Development & Conversion Rates: Growth of a healthy sales pipeline and the conversion of leads into closed deals.
- Sales Cycle Optimization: Drive efficiency by shortening the sales cycle and effectively moving prospects through the funnel, ensuring timely deal closures.
