**Title: Bilingual Product Coordinator and Customer Service (Hybrid) Agent**

**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the accurate and effective loading and costing of Jonview’s single component products, ensuring there is a signed contract for each supplier.
- Accurately compare rates, terms and conditions and communicate clearly to Contracting Managers
- Accurately load single and multi-component packages (if required) into the operating system in a timely manner according to department procedures.
- Make appropriate checks and follow the proofing procedures to ensure absolute accuracy within deadlines, in order to fully transact business.
- Answer queries from all departments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of Canadian Tourism product and geographical knowledge of Canada
- Provide passenger assistance
- Respond to complaints post-travel
- Assist in the completion of any projects, as assigned

**Position Requirements**
- Education: College Diploma
- Effective oral & written communication in English and French or German a must.
- Software: Computer literacy (Word and Excel), knowledge of computer systems and data entry
- Relevant experience required: 1 to 2 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Effective oral & written communication in Portuguese and/or Spanish is an asset.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends May to October
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and autonomy
- Team spirit
- Dedicated to a high level of customer service
- Able to plan, organize and set priorities & manage processes

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
