**Description**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Travel Assistant to join our Information Technology and Services team. As an Online Travel Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our online travel platform users. You will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking trips, providing travel advice, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

**Responsibilities**

Assist customers in researching and booking travel options, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Offer knowledgeable guidance and recommendations to customers regarding travel destinations and itineraries

Process and confirm travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Resolve customer issues proactively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary

Collaborate with external partners, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues

Stay updated with the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments to provide customers with relevant and up-to-date information

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service or travel-related role within the Information Technology and Services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of online travel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and customer information

Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer demands

**JOB SCOPE **

Part time shift for 3-5 hours and full-time 8 hours.
- Online Assistant / Remote enhancement work /Online assistant support / Online Remote operations / Online Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant /Data Entry /Application Enhancement Specialist /Sales Marketing
- Can be done without affecting your current job
- No experience required to start, one-on-one guidance provided
- Salary: CA$140-CA$250/Per day
- Age must be 20 years old and above
- Flexible Working hours, no experience is welcomed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $140.00-$250.00 per day

Supplemental pay types:
