We're looking for an individual who is able to work closely with our management team to supervise, mentor and develop front counter employees. Ideally, our Assistant Manager will have experience with customer service and possess strong communication skills as well as an understanding of the restaurant industry. We're interested in hiring a charismatic and hard-working Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure products are properly stocked
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
