**The Job**
**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee morale.
Operations Management:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain quality of food products, ensuring consistency and freshness.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Financial Performance:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling costs to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to maximize profitability.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues.
- Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
