Assistant Manager
**Duties**:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the manager to develop marketing strategies to promote the store
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
**Skills**:
- Administrative skills to assist in managing store operations effectively
- Multilingual skills to communicate with a diverse customer base
- Training development skills to create effective training programs for staff
- Store management skills to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Team management skills to lead and motivate a team of employees
