Responsibilities:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise retail sales associates
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and maintain a positive work environment
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness

**Skills**:

- Retail sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to sell products and services effectively, utilizing persuasive communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and staff members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a wider range of customers
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire the retail sales team
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
