Assistant Manager

We are looking for an **Assistant Manager **with a background in entertainment venues
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within an entertainment venue
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise the activities of staff members on the floor
- Ensure that guests are provided with exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe environment by monitoring guest behavior, enforcing venue policies, and coordinating with security staff when necessary.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the venue, including restrooms, seating areas, and equipment.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are knowledgeable about venue policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and managing staff to ensure that adequate coverage is maintained during all shifts.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that events and activities are executed smoothly.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
