- RDJ Bakeries Ltd_ is currently looking for a _**Project Coordinator**_ to join our growing team.

**Job purpose**

Responsible for aiding in engineering departments day to day engineering and technical aspects of projects. Data control for projects and ensuring schedules are tracked and maintained. Including develop, monitor, and manage project schedules to meet KPIs and Budget control.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Lead assigned projects through project life cycle.
- Project Timeline and life cycle scheduling
- Project and budget control
- Manage CMMS program (Fixx) to control equipment tracking and accuracy of data in system to support PM program.
- Develop PM’s, input equipment required inventory items with life cycle into CMMS program.
- Engineering PO issuing and tracking against projects and tracking Vendor timelines.
- Coordinating with departments to ensure deliverables and requirements are met for each department Project requests.
- Schedule creation for timelines to meet SPI and CPI
- SPI and CPI tracking and data collection
- Project management software control and data Management
- Engineering document control (red tag, sign offs and statement of work)
- Mapping and data collection for site layout to ensure Auto Cads are accurate.
- Presentation preparing for projects.
- Engineering P: Drive oversight
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations and commit to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must followGood Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Degree required in a technical field and 1 - 3 years of scheduling / planning experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge/Experience of successful project management.
- Computer aided design experience (CAD and or Solid works)
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Project management and capital project experience preferred.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Working conditions**
- Always work indoors.
- Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, and beard nets.
- Straight shift work.

**Salary**: $40,722.81-$80,545.75 per year
