Overview

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of various projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom scopes of work and manage project priorities with precision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, fostering open communication and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, including listing uploads and member sync discrepancies, to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Manage a large volume of customer requests, set project timelines, and coordinate information flow within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables through direct review and coordination with internal teams.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with MLS vendors, facilitating effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate project details, expectations, and issues internally, promoting a positive project outcome.
  • Proactively manage customer concerns, tracking progress until resolution.
  • Set and track internal deadlines for successful customer delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company technologies and processes, as well as MLS systems and agent tools.
  • Develop and maintain materials related to onboarding customers, participating in process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent; PMP certification an asset.
  • Previous experience in Agile Project Management, with a background in technical roles within the MLS industry required.
  • Proficiency in Jira and/or Salesforce, with bonus points for experience with Paragon, Matrix, or similar MLS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to communicate project needs promptly.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload, with flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office software.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
