Utilize **Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) **to perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client services, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive interaction with the organization.
- Offer support to the help desk and front desk, managing tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Contribute to a welcoming environment, drawing on experience in retail or hospitality settings to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information, adhering to compliance standards and procedures.
- At least 12 months of experience within the past 3 years in providing client services, with a preference for backgrounds in help desk support, front desk support, or the **hospitality industry.**:

- Must possess an active **Reliability Clearance** or demonstrate eligibility to obtain such clearance.

**Salary**: $120.00-$180.00 per day

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience in hospitality industry: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- French and English is a must (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Enhanced Reliability Clearance (required)

Ability to Commute:
