Real Estate Administrator

ABOUT YOU
**Responsibilities**:
- Upload listings onto the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS (Multiple Listing Service),
- Prepare Listing documents, presentations, Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers and all other documents as required for team members
- Prepare correspondence for the team including letters and reports
- Ensure complete digital records are maintained for all listings, transactions, upkeep client databases organize records in an complete manner
- Proofread and submit marketing materials, and marketing materials for approval
- Create and Manage Social Media posts (Instagram, Facebook) using Canva
- General office administration and tasks as required by the team
- Keep office organized
- Job Hours are 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm
**Skills**:
- 1+ Years Real Estate Brokerage experience as an Office Administrator or Team Assistant (preferred)
- Confident and professional business etiquette in person and over the phone.
- Respectful of confidential and sensitive information alongside working knowledge of the Real Estate Sales brokerage
- High level of Organization and Attention to Detail
- Displays Integrity, Enthusiasm, Dedication & Motivation as part of your key drivers
- Literate in various Social media platforms and is “tech-savvy”
- Exceptional communication abilities (written & verbal)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite including Word, working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DropBox and Google office
- Knowledge of TRREB, EasyOffer, Webforms, MLS and Nexone is preferred.
- Available for occasional overtime hours / weekends

**Requirements**:
Preference will be given to those with previous experience in Real Estate Sales/administration.
Our Management team carefully assesses all applicants. While we thank all applicants for your interest, we will be reaching out to only those selected to move on to the second stage of the recruiting process.
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
