**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to our team, including managing client communication
- Listing co-ordinator who will be responsible for booking and scheduling tasks to ensure nothing is missed for a new listing.
- Organize and maintain our team database to ensure accurate information is inputed and available.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Manage basic client communication for new transactions
- Create our by-weekly newsletter, ensure transaction files are up to date & clients have what they need.
- Opportunity for more hours preparing forms and using REALM with real estate experience.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a real estate office or related field is preferred but not required.
- Good at following templates and systems we have created.
- Staying on track and managing time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, and document management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Mail chimp, Dropbox and some social media
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
