**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our Reception Department. As a member of our team, you will be working effectively to provide first class, professional, friendly and courteous service to the ember and their guests, using initiative to handle member related issues.
**What is expected of you**:
- Perform all Reception Team duties and assist members with all requests as needed.
- Maintain high visibility within the membership and reception team to address concerns and ensure staff response.
- Delegate and oversee reception duties, including compliance, coverage, and system management.
- Assist with hiring, performance management, performance review, discipline and termination of reception team
- Train, support and supervise reception staff.
- Manage switchboard operations, court bookings, and member assistance.
- Ensure adherence to club policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments, reporting concerns and exploring improvement opportunities.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of management experience (Hospitality Industry experience preferred)
- Experience in hiring and supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling

**What you can expect from us**:
**Total Compensation Package is $78,280**
Base salary is **$55,000 **plus the following benefits:
