We have a great career opportunity for a motivated Administrative Supervisor who is looking for a role where they can make a direct impact on the day-to-day operations, and is interested in joining a growing company, this may be the right opportunity for you The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for leading our administrative team to effectively provide daily administrative activities to ensure excellence in the provision of administrative support services. The Administrative Supervisor reports to the Vice President and works collaboratively with the Medical Director, Physicians, Customers, clinical research staff, vendors, and other internal and external contacts as required to define and develop continuous improvements to meet company objectives and high-quality of patient care.

**Position Description**:

- This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 40 hours per week;
- Administrative duties include utilizing the Electronic Medical Records system and addressing questions patients may have.
- Interact with patients, colleagues, and physicians professionally and address any questions.
- Ensure adequate admin staffing to facilitate delivery of excellent patient care service.
- Manage and organize daily operations including reception desks, doctor's schedules, and sleep study bookings.
- Interact directly with physicians and Administrators to foster and ensure a positive administrative experience for patients and physicians. Interact directly with patients to address any questions that may arise.
- Track and review metrics in order to ensure productivity, timeliness, and quality. Adhere to internal administrative and process standards.
- Coach, motivate, train, and directly oversee a team of Office Administrators. Provide feedback and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables and a positive patient experience.
- Review and address questions regarding OHIP billing, RAs and so forth to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with the billing team to ensure OHIP billing rejections are promptly addressed and track non-OHIP receivables.
- Ensure all operational reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Support the roll-out of Administrative processes to ensure they are understood and performed thoroughly. Identify and implement improvements to these processes.
- Maintain and order supplies.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of staff.
- Any other administrative oversight duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience overseeing medical office administration processes and staff in a fast-paced medical office(s).
- Undergraduate degree is a strong asset.
- Experienced in focusing on quality, accuracy and efficiency of processes and results.
- A professional approach to customer service. Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience coaching, training, and motivating Administrative team members.
- Experience with EMR is essential.
