SAP Master Data Coordinator

Reporting to the Product Data Team Leader, the SAP Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of product configurations (Variant Configuration), Bill of Materials creation and editing, creation of new component and finished goods part numbers, and all other aspects of creating, maintaining and editing data related to products.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Answer internal requests via a ticketing system daily
- Close collaboration with project managers, product managers, supply chain, planners, customer service and technical service in the context of new product launches.
- Plan, organize, and oversee configuration projects for plant rollouts; perform follow-up and required modifications or creations.
- Develop configuration profiles for all new products in SAP according to set parameters
- Offer support in creating and maintaining product drawings for all products
- Create, modify and maintain the product nomenclature as well as the product configurator. Create part numbers for new raw materials and new finished products.

**Professional skills/Qualifications**

1) Minimum level of education and/or specialization:

- _College/Pre-University degree (CEGEP in Quebec)_

2) Minimum relevant experience required:

- 1 to 3 years

3) Specific skills and requirements: (_competencies critical to the incumbent’s success_)
- Bilingual ( French and English, both written and verbal). The English will be used to assist users in the USA
- Information system exposure - SAP knowledge is an asset
