**The Position**:
Provide project management and support to the pillars within HP Customer Experience Operations for operational excellence in assigned cross-functional projects. This will include consultation and collaboration on an ongoing basis with individuals across Customer Experience Operations to leverage integration of common goals and achieve successful project outcomes using strong communication skills, strong leadership, organizational skills, and proactive follow-through. Propose & implement solutions for process improvement with cross functional Customer Experience Operations (CxO) Teams. Accountable for facilitating and communicating national Customer Facing team (CFT) sample governance requirements. Implement end to end external conference and convention management for national sales activities.
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Under the direction of the Head of Customer Experience Operations offer support for key business projects, locally or globally driven, from inception to delivery using an organized approach throughout the project life-cycle using project management techniques and tools working with all areas of the business
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders in a solutions and results driven manner. Stakeholder groups can include: CFT, Customer Marketing, Medical, Healthcare Affairs, IT, Sourcing, and other departments.
- Understanding of systems, compliance, legislation and internal BI workings to support a successful project through to completion.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
**National Conference & Convention Management**
- Leverage skills in assisting in planning and execution of cross functional meetings when required.
- Coordinate and recommend types of exhibits and identifies potential exhibit opportunities. This includes all national exhibits/conference activities while monitoring business needs, challenges and producing process efficiencies to facilitate cost effective convention/conference solutions, often working cross functionally with Medical Affairs, including Alliance and Specialty Care. On-site conference support where required. Communicate with field staff on conference attendance, registration and provide briefing documents.
**HALOS**
- Canadian Champion for Human Pharma Business Unit (HPBU) Learning One Source (LOS) working with global Learning Management System Associates (LMS-A) in maintaining LOS as the central system for training administration and location for all mandatory HPBU trainings.
- This involves assignment of LOS curricula to new employees, review and updating of role-based curricula, assisting other cross functional HPBU in LOS creation, reporting, streamlining processes, training record tracking.
**Sample Governance Management**
Accountable for ensuring HP commercial employees adhere to Primary Care (PC) Marketing and Sales Sample Governance standards/processes/SOPs through training, communication and monitoring of activity. Coordinates all scheduled communications and processes for traceability and trackability of product for all Primary Care and Specialty Care Customer Facing employees. Monitors and facilitates sample governance training and related SOP/compliance updates as required, for customer-facing employees. Monitors sample governance activity and adherence according to local SOPs/Compliance requirements, and in collaboration with local stakeholders (CRM/Quality Assurance/Operations/Marketing)
This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible **.
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree, post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience required in a process compliant role within a fast-paced work environment. Experience managing projects and working with external vendors and suppliers is required.
- Demonstrated working experience with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite, Qualtrics,Veeva, Global Business Services (GBS), MyBI Next Editor
- Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, sense of initiative, collaboration, problem solving skills.
- Effectively manage multiple projects with strict deadlines; Maintain confidentiality
