**Vice-Président Opérations - PME des TI**
Fondée en 1995 à Montréal, MICROCOM Technologies offre des services en stratégie et gestion technologique, spécialisés dans les infrastructures TIC et les solutions logicielles de gestion. Nous accompagnons des clients de la PME à la grande entreprise, tels que Skotidakis, Exeko et BIXI dans l'optimisation de leur productivité, l'accroissement de leurs revenus et la réduction de leurs coûts, grâce à une planification stratégique des technologies innovante.
En pleine croissance, MICROCOM recrute actuellement un **Vice-Président Opérations** pour optimiser et développer ses activités opérationnelles ainsi que garantir l'efficacité des processus et la coordination inter-départementale. Le tout afin d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise.

**Aperçu du poste**
**Responsabilités principalesDirection stratégique et gestion globale**
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies d’opérations globales en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
- Planifier, organiser, structurer et superviser toutes les activités opérationnelles des deux divisions
- Gérer le budget opérationnel global
- Assurer la conformité aux normes en vigueur, notamment en matière de sécurité et de gestion des données personnelles
- Faire des suggestions et prendre des décisions afin d'aider les équipes opérationnelles à exceller ainsi que d'aider les autres services à réaliser leurs objectifs globaux
- Identifier et évaluer les nouvelles technologies pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle
- Servir de point de contact pour résoudre les problèmes complexes ou critiques avec les clients en collaboration avec les Directeurs et les équipes
- En support des directeurs de division
- Assurer une exécution efficace des projets dans les temps, les budgets et avec le niveau de qualité attendu
- Garantir un excellent niveau de service avec les clients internes et externes pour maintenir une relation de confiance dans le temps
- Optimiser l’affectation des ressources pour assurer une facturation optimale
- Exécuter les initiatives de transformation digitale et de modernisation de l'infrastructure
- Gérer les contrats de service et les relations avec les fournisseurs d'infrastructure
**Gestion d'équipe**
- Collaborer avec les ressources humaines et les directeurs de division pour optimiser la gestion des talents et des ressources
- Établir des objectifs clairs et des indicateurs de performance pour chaque division
- Favoriser une culture d'innovation, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue
- Recruter et retenir les talents clés
**Coaching**
- Encadrer les gestionnaires et employés clés pour développer leurs compétences en leadership et gestion
- Offrir des conseils opérationnels aux équipes pour améliorer leur performance et préparer les dossiers à présenter à la direction pour faciliter la prise de décision.
**Qualifications requises**
- **Expérience **:10+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de direction dans le domaine des technologies de l'information ou des services numériques; Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets TI complexes et d'équipes multidisciplinaires
- **Formation**: diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique, systèmes d'information ou expérience équivalente
- **Connaissances domaine logiciel**: connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- **Connaissances en infrastructure**: expertise en gestion d'infrastructure TI, y compris cloud, sécurité et réseaux, connaissance de la méthodologie ITIL
- **Connaissances du domaine TI **:compréhension solide des tendances technologiques actuelles et émergentes
- **Compétences en gestion **:excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion du changement
- **Compétences en entreprise**: Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement de PME en évolution rapide
**Compétences souhaitées**
- Expérience dans le secteur des services conseil
- Connaissance des enjeux réglementaires, de conformité en TI et des programmes en RS&DE
- Esprit analytique, orienté vers les solutions.
- Proactivité et sens de l’initiative.
- Grande rigueur et capacité à gérer le stress et les priorités.
