**Position Overview**

As the Office Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks supporting upper management and the operations team focusing on office management and operations support. You are accountable for ensuring adherence to company procedures, improving and streamlining business processes, communicating clearly and precisely with colleagues, suppliers, and clients, displaying excellent customer service, and representing Restoration Aid in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Responsible for office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for services such as cleaning, repairs, IT and office supplies.
- Maintain and update company records including Health and Safety, Fleet, HR, Insurance, Financial, and ensure accurate record keeping and filing system.
- Utilize industry and administrative software platforms to improve company workflows and efficiency.
- Assisting with basic financial tasks, including expense reports and reimbursements, AR & AP, petty cash and collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor related costs, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure company SOPs are working and being adhered to and developing new SOPs as needed.
- Help manage basic office IT functions and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Maintain company office asset list.
- Spearhead and Organize team meetings and other company events.
- Provide support to employees/operations teams as needed and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.
- Assist the management team with special projects as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication including presentation of information
- Must display resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or related role
- Related post-secondary degree/diploma an asset
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with CRM and Project Management Software
