**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a resourceful, experienced, and talented Office Manager to help us continue on our growth path. This individual must be a leader and a team player who is ambitious and eager to learn.

**Job Duties**:
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients and being the first point of contact with customers, responding to questions and inquiries and fielding them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Data entry into QuickBooks
- Managing office budget and expenses
- Preparing and sending purchase orders to vendors and coordinating with suppliers for purchases, returns, and repairs.
- Scheduling and preparing paperwork for outgoing shipments.
- Dealing with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Helping to update our website, LinkedIn, and assisting in executing marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in our systems.
- Organizing customer and internal events
- Ordering office supplies
- Implementing corporate sustainability and other policies in the organization
**Essential requirements**
- Experience with Intuit QuickBooks
- Analytically minded and process-driven; able to methodically approach and solve complex problems.
- A person with a proactive and self-starter mindset with a “can do” attitude Successful previous experience as office manager.

- A positive attitude. You love teamwork and find it easy to collaborate closely with the various internal teams to support their needs; for example, helping the engineering team set up training sessions for customers

**Bonus points**:
- Understanding and managing simple Office phone and IT systems. Liaising with IT suppliers.
- Strong Bash skills
- Test driven development
- Experience or some hardware knowledge of industrial PC’s
- Tech startup experience
