Growth Marketing Manager

FISPAN is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager starting spring 2023. This position is based in Vancouver BC and reports to the SVP of Sales. This role is responsible for the entire marketing function and works closely with the sales and product teams and other cross-functional teams. This role is also responsible for managing various external contractors (web developer & graphic designer).

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy and planning for growth marketing initiatives
- Ability to present to marketing plans to clients and internal teams
- Execution of all marketing and demand generation programs, in coordination with Business Development Manager
- Coordination with Business Development Manager and Product Marketing to follow up with leads
- Quarterly reporting (setting KPIs and delivering and measuring results)
- Public relations - media articles, press releases, analyst relations, etc
- Management of website (Wordpress)
- SEO
- SEM
- Management of Marketing automation system (Hubspot) in coordination with cross functional teams
- Design and execute digital events such as webinars and speaking panels
- In person event planning (conferences, logistics, booth material) in coordination with Business Development Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in a marketing role
- B2B marketing experience required
- Degree in marketing or communications
- Experience with copywriting/content creation
- Experience managing a team of 2 or more people is a plus, however this role does not currently include managing people
- Fintech or finance industry experience is a plus
