Role Description

As Versett’s Growth Marketing Coordinator, your job is to support the optimization, production, and coordination of Versett’s marketing activities for our European branches, as well as our parent company _Collaboration Betters the World _(CBTW).

Your primary focus is to coordinate across our global marketing teams to support Versett’s global brand. You will be a key implementer of Versett’s global branding and campaigns across digital and physical initiatives, spanning the end-to-end execution of campaigns, social media posting and coordination, and copywriting for mixed media.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to coordinate marketing activities with our European branches, and support the implementation of assets, campaigns, and reporting required. Your expertise in Hubspot, Google Ads, organic social, paid social, digital publishing, and copywriting will be crucial skill sets, representing both technical and strategic knowledge.

You will report to the Growth Marketing Manager, and will work closely with the VP, Strategy & Business Development and the Growth Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign production** (Supporting the execution, optimization, and management of global campaigns for Versett Europe across social, campaigns, nurture, newsletters, thought leadership, and general website publishing and management)
- **Copywriting **(Working with generated assets from our European branches to produce compelling copy for global campaigns)- **Cross-Team Collaboration **(Key collaborator for joint marketing initiatives, working closely with the Versett Growth team to support Versett Europe and CBTW global marketing needs)
- **Content Design **(Adaptation of provided design and brand materials and implementation of design revisions)
- **Reporting & Measurement **(Supporting individual campaign performance and reporting for joint Versett Europe and CBTW campaigns, including Google Ads, organic social, and paid social initiatives)
- **Global Marketing Awareness **(Being a knowledge holder for marketing requirements, spam legislature, and tooling intricacies for global marketing operations)

Experience
- High fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience working with Hubspot, Google ads, and Social media marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Digital marketing certification or equivalent experience
